Job Description

Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT)

Job Location: Oregon

Type of Facility: Acute Care Hospital

Length of Assignment: 13 Weeks

Start Date: Early March

Work Schedule: 4 x 10-hour shifts 

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Provide physical therapy services to 6-9 adult patients per day

- Treat patients in acute care, orthopedics, wound care, spinal cord, and post-surgery settings

- Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio

- Collaborate with at least 2 other PTs and PTAs

- Utilize Epic EMR system for documentation

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Requirements:

- Valid Oregon PT license or compact license

- 1+ years of acute care experience preferred

- BLS certification

- Strong clinical skills in various therapy areas
