Job Description

Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT)

Job Location: Wyoming

Type of Facility: Outpatient Clinic

Length of Assignment: 13 weeks

Start Date: Mid May

Work Schedule: 8 hour shifts from Mondays - Fridays


Roles and Responsibilities:

- Provide physical therapy services to a diverse patient population, including pediatric and geriatric patients

- Manage a caseload of 8-10 patients per day with one-hour sessions

- Utilize WebPT electronic medical record system for documentation

- Collaborate with a team of OTs and PTs to ensure comprehensive patient care

- Participate in home health and hospital services as needed

- Operate general physical therapy equipment

- Adapt to potential float assignments within outpatient, home health, and hospital settings


Requirements:

- Current Wyoming state license

- BLS Certification

- Minimum of 1 year of experience
