Job Description

Job Title: Radiation Therapist

Job Location: Kentucky

Type of Facility: Clinic

Length of Assignment: 12 weeks

Start Date: Immediately

Work Schedule: 8a - 4p shifts from Mondays - Fridays

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Perform routine radiation therapy treatments

- Operate 21 IX linear accelerator and GE CT scanner

- Treat 12-25 patients per day

- Work collaboratively with one other therapist per machine

- Utilize Aria EMR system for patient documentation

- Conduct standard outpatient treatments (no implants or inpatients)

- Adhere to all safety protocols and radiation protection guidelines

- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans

- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care

Requirements:

- ARRT certification

- Kentucky state license

- Minimum 3 years of experience

- Proficiency in operating linear accelerators and CT scanners
