Job Description

Job Title: Respiratory Therapist

Job Location: New Hampshire

Type of Facility: Critical Access Hospital

Length of Assignment: 13 Weeks

Start Date: Immediately

Work Schedule: Sunday-Tuesday, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Provide respiratory care to patients in ER, ICU, and OB units

- Manage a patient load of 6-12 patients per day

- Collaborate with one other Respiratory Therapist on staff

- Stabilize and prepare pediatric cases for transfer when necessary

- Utilize Meditech EMR system for patient documentation

- Perform respiratory assessments and treatments

- Manage ventilators and other respiratory equipment

- Respond to emergency situations as needed

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience (experience with deliveries preferred)

- CRT or RRT certification

- BLS and ACLS certifications

- Valid New Hampshire state license
