Job Description
Job Title: Respiratory Therapist
Job Location: Texas
Length of Assignment: 13 Weeks
Start Date: Immediately
Work Schedule: 3 nights per week, 12-hour shifts (6:30 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage ventilation for pediatric patients and adult women (intubated, tracheostomy care, and non-invasive)
- Administer MDI/Nebulizer treatments, chest physiotherapy, and oxygen therapy
- Provide respiratory treatments to pediatric and adult patients
- Operate Nitric Oxide therapy and perform ABG analysis
- Conduct in-house procedures and arterial punctures
- Perform EKGs for all age groups
- Assist in Level 2 NICU (BCPAP and oxygen for neonates)
- Participate in disaster team staffing as required
Requirements:
- RRT/CRT Texas License
- BLS and NRP certifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Proficiency in pediatric and neonatal respiratory care
