Sleep Technologist – Maryland

Job Description

Job Title: Sleep Technologist

Job Location: Maryland

Type of Facility: Sleep Center

Length of Assignment: 8 weeks

Start Date: Immediately

Work Schedule: 4 nights per week, 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Conduct sleep studies for both pediatric and adult patients

- Maintain a patient ratio of 2:1 for pediatric patients and 3:1 for adult patients

- Perform 100% measurements on patients

- Utilize Somnoware software for sleep studies (training provided if needed)

- Score sleep studies accurately and efficiently

- Collaborate with one other technologist during shifts

- Maintain accurate and timely patient records

- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Requirements:

- RPSGT certification

- Maryland state license

- At least 2 years of experience in sleep technology

- Experience with scoring
