Job Description
Job Title: Sleep Technologist
Job Location: New York
Type of Facility: Sleep Center
Length of Assignment: 13 weeks
Start Date: Immediately
Work Schedule: 10 hour night shifts (8p - 6a) for 4 nights per week.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct a variety of sleep studies primarily on pediatric patients, with some adult patients
- Manage patient ratios of 2:1
- Perform 100% measurements on patients
- Use Somnoware software (training provided if needed)
- Score sleep studies accurately
- Collaborate with one other technologist during shifts
- Maintain a flexible schedule
Requirements:
- RPSGT certification
- Current New York state license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sleep technology
- Experience in scoring sleep studies
- Ability to work night shifts
