Job Title: Social Worker

Job Location: California

Type of Facility: Youth Transition Campus

Length of Assignment: 12 weeks

Start Date: Immediately

Work Schedule: 8 hour shifts from Mondays - Fridays

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Provide individual, group, and family counseling

- Attend meetings and collaborate with probation staff

- Respond to crisis situations as needed

- Manage a caseload of 12-24 patients

- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team including mental health directors, nurse practitioners, and psychiatric RNs

- Utilize the facility's EMR system

- Adapt to the unique environment of a youth transition campus

Requirements:

- Current California LMFT or LCSW license

- Experience working with youth (ages 12-25) preferred

- Ability to work flexible schedules, including one weekend shift

- Strong crisis intervention skills
