Job Description
Job Title: Social WorkerÂ
Job Location: Illinois (Remote)
Type of Facility: Telehealth Service
Length of Assignment: 13 weeks
Start Date: Immediately
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 hours per week, flexible scheduling including evenings and some mornings
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct 1-hour telehealth therapy sessions for approximately 10 patients per week
- Provide treatment for PTSD and trauma-related issues
- Work with patients of all ages, including a small percentage of minors (as young as 3 years old)
- Complete and submit session reports within 3-5 days
- Utilize TherapyNotes EMR system for documentation
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with the telehealth team to ensure quality care
- Adapt treatment approaches to meet individual patient needs
- Participate in case reviews and professional development as required
Requirements:
- Valid Illinois LCSW license
- 1-3 years of experience in PTSD/trauma treatment preferred
- Proficiency in telehealth service delivery
- Access to HIPAA-compliant technology and secure internet connection
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills a plus
