Job Description

Job Title: Social Worker

Job Location: Maryland

Type of Facility: Private Practice

Length of Assignment: 4 weeks

Start Date: Immediately

Work Schedule: Flexible, 4 hours per week (can include weekends, part-time options available)

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Conduct initial consultations and evaluations via telehealth

- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to patients

- Manage a caseload of up to 16 patients per week

- Serve primarily adult and geriatric populations, with openness to all age groups

- Make appropriate referrals as needed

- Maintain detailed and accurate clinical notes

- Collaborate with administrative and billing staff

- Adapt to flexible scheduling, including potential weekend hours

- Ensure compliance with all telehealth regulations and best practices

Requirements:

- Current Maryland LCSW license

- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience

- Strong proficiency in telehealth service delivery

- Ability to work independently in a remote setting

- Flexibility to adapt to varying patient needs and schedules
