Job Title: Social Worker
Job Location: Maryland (Remote)
Type of Facility: Private Practice
Length of Assignment: Varies based on client needs
Start Date: Immediately
Work Schedule: Flexible, based on client availability
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct therapy sessions with patients experiencing PTSD, primarily from car accidents, dog bites, slip and fall incidents, and domestic/sexual abuse
- Create and manage your own schedule based on client availability
- Utilize TherapyNotes EMR system for documentation
- Start with 5-6 clients per week, gradually increasing caseload over time
- Work with both adult and pediatric clients
- Maintain proper licensing and certifications
- Ensure accessibility for remote client sessions
Requirements:
- Valid Maryland state LCSW or LPC license
- Experience working with PTSD clients
- Ability to work independently and manage own schedule
- Proficiency in remote therapy techniques
