Job Title: Social Worker

Job Location: Virginia

Length of Assignment: 13 Weeks

Start Date: Immediately

Work Schedule: 8a - 4:30p shifts from Sundays - Thursdays

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Group therapy

- Psychosocial assessments

- Individual/Family sessions

- Discharge planning

- Other social work procedures

Requirements:

- Active Virginia state license

- LCSW or LPC certified

- BLS/CPR certifications

- Case management experience

- Minimum 2 years of experience
