Job Title: Ultrasound Technologist

Job Location: Alaska

Type of Facility: Critical Access Hospital

Length of Assignment: 13-26 Weeks

Start Date: Early April

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Perform ultrasound examinations, primarily for OB patients

- Handle 6-8 patients per shift

- Operate GE ultrasound equipment

- Utilize Cerner EMR system for patient records and documentation

- Collaborate with 1-2 other technologists in the Imaging department

- Maintain a high standard of patient care and imaging quality

- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines

- Potential to float to other imaging modalities if capable

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in ultrasound, with a focus on OB patients

- ARDMS certification required

- Proficiency in OB ultrasound techniques
