Risk, Licensing and Credentialing
Stress-Free Onboarding
Services We Offer
Our 1:1 Approach
Licensing and Credentialing
Obtaining new state licenses and credentialing clinicians can be a time-consuming and challenging part of the temporary nursing and allied health staffing experience. Nobody likes spending time with tedious paperwork, especially when a patient’s continuity of care is at stake. When you work with Barton Healthcare Staffing (BHS), you’re not on your own. An experienced staffing expert will make the process fast and easy by streamlining the onboarding process. All you have to do is welcome your new clinician to your facility!
We evaluate every clinician based on interpersonal skills, demeanor, commitment, self-awareness, clinical skills checklists and experience. We leverage clinical experts to ensure processes meet or exceed industry standards, and re-verify clinicians’ credentials annually while ensuring all clinicians are in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Quality Assurance
Risk Assessment and Clinical Reviews
Our in-house risk, quality and credentialing teams conduct clinical reviews and extensively screen our network of clinicians prior to placement:
- Interview to assess prior work experience.
- Perform background checks, OIG, SAM and other exclusion searches.
- License and credential reviews.
- Clinical reference verifications at least 2 supervisory references in the last 12 months.
- Clinical assessment testing and review of skills checklists.
- Drug testing and background screening.
- Completion of HIPAA, OSHA and other certifications.
- Any other requirements as required by Barton Healthcare Staffing and/or the client facility.
